Start with deciding on a building plan by:
1. Choosing or modifying a plan from our website
2. Creating a custom plan with our experienced draftsman
3. Submitting a rough sketch with general instructions
4. Sending a building plan directly to us for a quotation
We will reply with a quote for the following items:
Log shell design with specified notches and archways
Roof system
Purlins and posts
Windows and doorway cut outs
Pickets and railing

We are also able to provide you with a quote for rough cut lumber, timber, and log siding.
Our quotes do not include the following:
Transportation (trucking and crane)
Foundation
Sub floor
Windows and doors
Roof materials and covering
